The Outfoxies
Time to beat: 1–2 hours
Platforms: Arcade (but easily emulated)
Imagine Smash Bros, but with assassins, bananas, collapsing buildings, and ‘90s arcade chaos. It’s ridiculous, stylish, and barely remembered outside of hardcore arcade circles. Perfect for a quick, weird co-op night or a solo trip into some forgotten coolness.
It has mid-’90s vibes, and you get to fight someone on top of a giant plane.
The Norwood Suite
Time to beat: 2–3 hours
Platforms: PC/Mac
A surreal first-person adventure inside a haunted jazz hotel full of eccentric weirdos. You’re not here to solve puzzles or shoot things, you’re here to explore, listen, and slowly realize you're inside a musical fever dream. And yes, that saxophone is staring at you.
Naiad
Time to beat: 4-5 hours
Platforms: PC / Switch / PS / Xbox
You play as a water spirit guiding animals through gentle rivers and glowing lakes. No combat, no stress, just flowing, vibing, and quietly falling in love with the world. Nobody talks about this one, but it’s visual poetry with a controller.
Paratopic
Time to beat: 45 minutes or so
Platforms: PC / Switch
Found footage horror meets PS1 aesthetics. This one’s grainy, cryptic, and extremely uncomfortable in the best way. Nothing is explained. You just feel things. Bad things. It feels like you're playing a cursed VHS tape from a gas station in a dream.
The Supper
Time to beat: 20–30 minutes
Platforms: PC (Free!)
A tiny point-and-click horror story about a little old lady chef preparing a very specific kind of dinner. It’s short, grim, and darkly funny in a “why am I smiling while everything is awful?” kind of way.
Woven
Time to beat: 6-8 hours
Platforms: PC / Switch / PS / Xbox
A 3D adventure where you’re a plush elephant robot trying to stitch together memories of a fallen world. It’s equal parts cozy and sad, like if Wall-E was set inside a patchwork dreamscape. Criminally under-discussed.
